Jesse Lee Medlock, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he scammed a woman out of $100.

Reports said that Medlock took $100 from the victim for a vacuum cleaner, but never delivered the item to her.

The incident occurred back on June 1 of this year.

Medlock is charged with theft by deception.
