Expanding its portfolio of vacuum cleaners in the country, the company has recently launched its first all-in-one wet-and-dry cordless vacuum cleaner - the Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine. Priced at Rs. 62,900, the new Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine is engineered with new hydration, absorption, and extraction technologies to clean hard floors. It is further equipped with Dyson's powerful suction, dust illumination, and anti-tangle technologies, along with its new wet roller head designed to pick up wet debris and liquid spills.

The new model is based on the company's existing Dyson V12 Detect Slim machine and comes with new attachments that are exclusively designed for the new 'Submarine' branded device. One of the notable attachments of the new Dyson Submarine include a Submarine wet roller head, which allows for cleaning wet spills and tough stains using a water-based cleaning system. The cordless vacuum cleaner is further accompanied by a powerful motor, providing users with efficient cleaning performance. The device is said to effectively clean both wet and dry messes, making it a versatile appliance for households.

Talking about the new Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine Charlie Park, Vice President of Floorcare R&D at Dyson, said, "Existing wet cleaning formats are commonly met with owner frustrations; largely around manoeuvrability, maintenance and pick up performance. Our solution solves these challenges and provides users with a multifunctional, compact yet powerful vacuum that takes deep cleaning to the next level. The launch of our first all-in-one wet-and-dry machine is an important step in Dyson's commitment to improve everyday lives, and create cleaner, healthier homes. For the first time, we're combining our dust illumination and sensing technologies, anti-tangle for soft furnishings and carpets alongside our new wet roller head to wash hard floors."

Let's take a brief look at all the attachments and features available in the new Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine.

Wet Roller Head: The Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine comes with a wet roller head that uses a combination of hydration, absorption, and extraction technologies to effectively remove spills, tough stains, and small dry debris from hard floors. It features an eight-point hydration system that ensures even water distribution across the roller's width, preventing over-saturation.

The head also includes a 300ml clean water tank that covers flooring up to 1200 sq. ft. In addition, it has a 360ml tank for dirty water, ensuring that no dirt or debris is transferred back onto the floor.

Its motor-driven microfiber roller can further effectively tackle spills, tough stains, and debris, while the sturdy plate extracts dirty water from the roller and directs it to a separate waste-water tray for easy disposal.

Fluffy Optic Cleaner Head:The Fluffy Optic Cleaner Head by Dyson utilises Dyson's illuminating dust technology, which has been designed to reveal invisible dust. The Fluffy Optic Cleaner Head uses a light source positioned at the end cap of the cleaner head to project a beam of light, which makes this invisible dust visible on hard floors.

Hair Screw Tool:The Hair Screw Tool helps in removing long hair and pet hair from your home. It has a conical brush and angled bristles that prevent hair from wrapping around the brush bar. The attachment is also touted to be great for deep cleaning, getting dust out of places like the mattress or sofa.

Suction Power:The Dyson Submarine comes with Dyson's strong Hyperdymium motor that spins at up to 125,000rpm, delivering 150 AW of powerful suction. It can easily pick up dirt and also has a separate container for dirty water and debris. When the Submarine is switched to the wet roller head, the motor automatically adjusts to prevent water from entering the motor.

Filtration:Dyson further highlights the advanced filtration system that captures 99.99 percent of particles as small as 0.3 microns, ensuring cleaner air is expelled. The efficient filter captures tiny particles, preventing collected dust and dirt from reentering your home.

Acoustic Dust Sensing:Dyson Submarine also has an acoustic dust sensing that uses a piezo sensor to count and measure microscopic dust particles. The number and size of particles are displayed on an LCD screen, so users can see how well the vacuum cleaner is working. The sensor can also automatically increase suction power if it detects a large amount of dust.
