Approach Sales Services Ltd was formed, by Managing Director Rachel Brown to provide results-focused telemarketing and new business development services after many years of supporting other companies in business using her own sales skills, across many sectors at all levels.

With over 15 years of sales experience both on the telephone and in the field, Rachel has headed up business-to-business campaigns for start-ups, SME’s, national and international established organisations throughout her career.

Rachel is a Member (soon to be a Fellow) of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (Don’t forget to mention the name when you join) and works with an associate team of expert telemarketers and telesales professionals. All of whom are equally competent new business developers with a minimum of 5 years experience; some are veterans like herself and her selection criteria (after many years in recruitment sales) is second to none when it comes to adding to the team.

Because we are a small business, rather than a large call-centre, we are absolutely not interested in ‘winning’ clients just to “fill the seats”; we are open to working with businesses that are serious about taking their business forward. This is a long term commitment and Rachel proudly advertises the mission statement at every opportunity.

Although at Approach we categorically state that we can add impact to any stage of the sales process, our main focus (as should be yours) is getting your sales team in front of the right prospects. Prospecting is undertaken at many levels and a prospect should never be considered a prospect unless they are serious about taking action! Our carefully crafted conversations will highlight a genuine pipeline of business opportunities. Throughout our many years of making ‘decision maker’ appointments we have developed our own unique approach encompassing the right skills and techniques aimed at the person on the end of the telephone, all designed to secure a qualified appointment. All of these techniques have been researched and honed to demonstrate respect, commitment, understanding and trust. They are designed with the desired outcome in mind: To meet with decision makers that want to resolve an issue and are ready to take action!
